Eyelash Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
Permanent Cosmetics Appointment Policy:
Due to the nature and extended time reserved for permanent cosmetics appointments, at least one week’s notice is required to be rescheduled.
This policy ensures we can accommodate all clients fairly and keep our schedule running smoothly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
A credit card is required to book all appointments & will be kept on file in a secure, encrypted location on your electronic account; for security and verification reasons, only the last four digits will be visible to staff. Credit cards on file will not be charged unless you do not abide by salon policy cancellation and rescheduling rules.
There will be no refunds once procedure/service is complete, at any time, no exceptions.

Eyelash Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
- Rescheduling or Cancellations with 48 Hours’ Notice
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.- Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Same-Day Reschedules, Cancellations, or No-Shows
Any same-day reschedule, cancellation, or missed appointment (no-show) will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Permanent Cosmetics Appointment Policy:
