CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY:
We understand life happens and things out of our control arise; please notify the salon as soon as possible.
PERMANT COSMETIC APPOITMENTS - 1 full week to cancel and/or reschedule otherwise there will be a $50 nonrefundable fee will be assessed.
EYELASH APPOITMENTS – 48 Hours’ notice to cancel and/or reschedule otherwise a $50 nonrefundable fee will be assessed.
A $50 scheduling deposit is required on any permanent cosmetic appointment and any appointment 2 hours or more which will be applied towards your total the day of service. All deposits are nonrefundable.
A credit card is required to book all appointments & will be kept on file in a secure, encrypted location on your electronic account; for security and verification reasons, only the last four digits will be visible to staff. Credit cards on file will not be charged unless you do not abide by salon policy cancellation and rescheduling rules.
There will be no refunds once procedure/service is complete, at any time, no exceptions.
