​For Skin Care Essential Appointments, We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

A credit card is required to book all appointments & will be kept on file in a secure, encrypted location on your electronic account; for security and verification reasons, only the last four digits will be visible to staff.  Credit cards on file will not be charged unless you do not abide by salon policy cancellation and rescheduling rules.

There will be no refunds once procedure/service is complete, at any time, no exceptions.
